ForgeX Trading
How to connect your journal
ForgeX is an independent journalling tool. We are not a broker and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any platform named on this page. Their names appear only to say which trade histories we can read.
Pick your trading platform below and follow the steps in order. Everything here is free. Go slowly, you only ever have to do this once. None of these can place a trade, close a trade, or move money: they read your history and nothing else.
Tradovate
For Topstep, Apex, My Funded Futures and Take Profit. Export a report and upload it, which asks nothing of your account beyond a download. No login details are shared and it works on any funded account. Automatic sync is being tested and will follow.
MetaTrader 4 & 5
For FTMO, FundedNext, The 5%ers and FXIFY. Both versions export a report the same way and the importer reads either, so there is one set of steps for the pair. Export from the terminal and upload it here. It works on any account, including a funded one.
DXtrade & MatchTrader
For FTMO and FXIFY. These platforms run inside your web browser, so we give you a small free browser add-on. Once installed, it quietly copies your closed trades into your journal whenever you open your prop-firm dashboard. It can only read your trades, and it can never place or change a trade.
Rithmic
For TradeSea and other modern Rithmic web platforms, on Mac and Windows. The free way to sync is a small browser add-on that reads the trades the platform already loads and copies them into the journal. Installing it takes a couple of clicks and works in any Chrome based browser.
